Bihar Har Ghar Electricity Scheme
Through this scheme, electricity facility will be ensured in every house of Bihar.
Apart from this, many types of problems related to electricity like connection, supply chain, station will also be solved.
Under Bihar Har Ghar Bijli Yojana, facility to provide electricity to about 50 lakh people of the state will be provided.
This scheme is under the Nishchiya-4 village-village cleanliness campaign of the seven determination policy launched by the Bihar government.
In rural areas of Bihar, there are about 50% UPL (Upper Poverty Line) families who do not have electricity connection.
All such families will be provided the facility of free electricity connectivity through Bihar Har Ghar Bijli Yojana.
Apart from this, all those families who do not have electricity connection will be covered through this scheme.
Under the scheme, houses in rural as well as non-developed areas of the city will be covered.
